What this is all about and how I got started

In 2004 me and my wife decided to lose weight and change our lifestyle, so we lost weight, changed our diet and started exercising at a local health club. After about 2 years of that, I was getting bored with my routine and I kept staring at the 5K button on the treadmill, thinking I could do that (up till then I thought a mile was a long distance to run). Somehow in 2006 that turned into a 10K, 10 miler, 1/2 marathon and then the Columbus marathon, and the rest is history,
